The Calvary Baptist Church Food Pantry was the recipient of a generous donation by Shaw's Supermarkets today. The presentation was made during the morning worship service.
The donation comes at a critical time in the operation of the Food Pantry as stores are close to depleted as a result of the Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey dinner

offerings distributed annually during the holiday seasons to needy families in the Greater Haverhill area.
The presentation was made by Deacon Ronald and Deaconess Annette Tucker and received on the part of the Pantry by Sister Migdalia Coleman, as Pastor, Rev. Dr. Gregory E. Thomas, and Deaconess Miriam McDonald look on.
Deacon Tucker is an employee of Shaw's and had sponsored the request for support.
