Position Term: Two (2) Years
Provide a list of candidates for all positions that are to be filled at the annual meeting.
Make recommendations for basic skills and qualifications needed.
Participate in an interview process with potential nominees.
Make nominations for any vacancies that may occur during the year to fill out the remainder of said term.
Provide ballots when elections are held.
Tally all votes and present results to the church body.
Submit reports at quarterly business meetings.
